Barbara Lutz is the founder of the Women Career Index, as well as the managing director and associate of the consulting and management company Barbara Lutz Index Management GmbH.
Barbara Lutz is a renowned top manager in the communications industry. Before setting up her own company Barbara Lutz worked in various management positions with market leaders in the banking sector, in the corporate consulting and advertising industry.

She was Managing Director of the French Communication Consultancy Publicis Groupe S.A. and Management Supervisor at the American based Communication Group Ogilvy. In these positions she was responsible for brands like American Express, Dove, Unilever and Nestlé on both a global and European level. From 2000 – 2002, she was responsible for the Publicis euroburo and responsible for the communication campaign that launched the Euro in 15 countries. From 2006 – 2011, she served as a top manager in different positions for the Commerzbank Group and was Director of Communication and Marketing from 2008 – 2011. In this role, she oversaw the integration of the Dresdner Bank into the Private Banking Segment of the Commerzbank Group.

Barbara Lutz served as an external consultant and assessor for the German Federal Ministry for Families, Senior Citizens, Women and Youths. The role of women in the care of women and their careers is the key to the success of women’s careers.

Dr. Joachim Scharioth is a scientific advisor to the Women Career Index and Managing Partner of JoScha Kulturprojekte gGmbH. Since 1969 he has worked in applied research, the development of empirically founded strategies for companies and public bodies with a focus on technology and society.

At the beginning of the nineties, the specialization of stakeholder management followed. The measurement and design of relations between organizations and their stakeholders, such as customers, employees or the social groups interested in the organization (reputation of the organization). Dr. Joachim Scharioth is the founder of TRI * M, the world’s leading stakeholder management system.

He was one of the managing directors of TNS Infratest GmbH in Munich from 1988 to 2007 and responsible for the stakeholder management business of TNS in more than 70 countries since the mid-1990s. From 1987 to 1996 he held the office of the chairman of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Sozialwissenschaftliche Institutes and the board of directors of the information center for social sciences in Bonn.

To date, Scharioth has given lectures and published on topics such as customer loyalty, service quality, balanced scorecard, complaints management, employee participation as well as the participation of citizens, technology, environment, society and the economy.

The Komma research and consulting company was founded by Uwe Braun and Prof. Dr. Stefan Tuschl at the end of 2012. In addition to classical market research, the main focus is on advising and conducting sophisticated static analyses as well as modelling.

The two founders and managing directors have more than 20 years of research and consulting experience. Before the founding of KommA, deputy managing director at TNS Infratest, Uwe Braun was responsible for brand and communication research as well as consulting for financial services providers.

Lydia has more than 20 years leadership background in the ICT industry, as vice president strategy & innovation at Siemens she supported several large M&A transactions of Siemens Communication, before that she hold leadership roles at Gemalto M2M, Giesecke & Devrient and Vodafone. Lydia has a deep understanding of the current digital transformation process as she has recently run several multinational projects in the area of big data, data analytics and Industry 4.0. One of her key strengths is the transformation of innovation topics into a successful business.
